Be warned that the CCP backs companies to support their BS cause of One World, One Fight! It's all bullshit!

China Is Weaponizing Globalization

China gets little sympathy in Munich as US, Europe agree on need to confront rising influence

BE VERY AWARE OF THEIR BULLSHIT!

They're using propaganda to improve favorability for their shitty actions.

This graphic novel is one of the best examples of a hope in times of crisis. Not only is it super educational, but also extremely touching, especially at the end here, with the old lady being able to go home.

Today we learned:
In china, community managers know when you're discharged in advance without you telling them
In china, people are perfectly capable of seeing, listening and joining in conversations through walls
Back in April, China forced Italy to buy back the PPEs they've donated to China before wuhan virus hit Europe.

Definitely propaganda. At worst, "CCP did a good job" propaganda. At best, general government "everything will be ok please don't start rioting" propaganda. Anyone writing disgustingly overly positive stories like this during a time of widespread uncertainty is definitely trying to push some kind of agenda. But most likely an effort by the CCP to deflect focus off of their own failings and into "we should all do our best with the situation we have!"

With the disproportionally high number of people wholeheartedly praising this manga for the number of views it gets, it is definitely CCP propaganda. Their internet troll factories are wild.

I was hoping for a bit more action in the final chapter, but overall this has been a great read nonetheless.

@QSS Am I praising this comic too much? I definitely am. It's just that it is a good, maybe even very good work, at least from an artistic point of view, so I find it not appropriate that it has such low ratings just because people think it is a propaganda funded by the Chinese government, so I praise it, partially because I actually really like it and partially because I want to counter those negative responses.

As for this story being overly positive, isn't this a common practice to try and bring hope in times of uncertainty or despair? I never had the opportunity to talk with a dying person, but according to what is shown in all of those American movies, Japanese anime/manga and all of the other media, it is normal and recommended to say things like "everything will be alright" even when the situation is truly hopeless. So yeah, the agenda of "don't go rioting on us" is most likely there, but it's really just a part of the perfectly normal "everything will be alright" agenda.

Am I paid by the Chinese government to say those things? I wish I was. I spend way too much time writing those things : ) But then I wouldn't be able to say things like: CCP is sh*t. I do think CCP is sh*t, but I also do think this story is very educational, and I do think "we should do our best with the situation we have!".

Defending blatant propaganda is the hill you want to die on, really?
Well, I wouldn't do that unless I were paid t-- wait a minute.
