I have a few theories:
1. They either know Sera has a slight obsession and Marie doesn’t approve because [insert some bs reason like “we are the idols, not the fans” or “stanning a small idol gets in the way of work”]. The young one is chill with it and doesn’t see what’s her (Marie) problem.

2. “Triangle” situation. Marie is obsessed with Sera but doesn’t show, doesn’t like that Sera is obsessed with something/someone. Younger one knows and doesn’t approve of that because it can get in the way of the group and undisclosed drama leading to a breakup can jeopardise their careers so “let’s keep it as a healthy coworkers relationship please”.

I hope it’s not the second one.

100% not the case, she's child star that really popular then forgotten by public when they're grow up
many such cases happened either "ah she's not cute kid anymore" or she's not talented enough so people just move on.
from last panel sera meet or start her obsession with sayuki during that period too
