I don't think Tanya does, Tanya is very asexual in that she doesn't give a shit about gender, and only uses it whenever it suits him/her (see: innumerable times Tanya puts on a little girl act).
I think Tanya would like to return to Earth original in general, but Tanya rarely specifically states she wants to become a he.

The reason he does that isn't because he likes having a vagina. It's because he has friends who don't know that he's a guy, and can't bring himself to throw that away. People love to ignore all of the context there. I don't really care how people refer to him, but acting like his refusal to turn back is because of anything other than all of the benefits he has gained as a result of his change is disingenuous.
