Still waiting on the official manga for Momiji to openly admit (or at least to herself) that she's in love with Mahiro. Only vague reactions we got so far was that Momiji's jealousy surfaced when Mahiro interacted with other girls (like locking arms and such), wanting to hang out with Mahiro more, and when Momiji soft-awakened to sadism toward Mahiro.

That's not quite how it works, but somewhat close. Momiji is definitely gay for crushing on Mahiro while thinking he's a girl. But if she learns that he's a guy, accepts it (instead of going into denial), and keeps her crush, then she would technically be bi (or something).

Mahiro is incredibly trans coded in the actual manga but this doujin seems to remove that entirely and its something that I don't like about this doujin

And Mahiro has shown time and time again to want to stay a girl with the drug even with the self denail

Considering the character backstory of Mahiro and the fact that Mahiro is trans coded and wants to stay a girl despite the self denail I'd say she's a trans egg that hasn't cracked yet

So Momiji could still accept her if it's the wrong body and Mahiro can take the drug to get the correct body
