As someone who’s bladder has been incredibly inconsistent for most of his life and has done some desperate searches after particularly bad days, goodnites makes pull ups that can fit someone up to 160 pounds, and that’s probably a better option than a full on diaper which is hard to put on by yourself and incredibly bulky/noticeable, though obviously the diaper would hold more urine
