I think Nekotofu is moving things on a perfect pace. Maybe in 10 to 15 years we might see Mahiro going to college. Who knows? I love this manga so much I wish to keep going forever.

Hard to say. Several times the drug has started to wear off and Mahiro's 'old friend' made reappearances. What was happening to the womb at those times? What would happen if it disappeared while there was a child in there? The story will probably never address it and it doesn't really need to.
