Is it just me or is the manga getting, for a lack of a better word, worse?
I started reading this manga i think around late 2023 because i liked the art style and it was fun with some alright plot and as I’ve been reading these new chapters, I’ve started getting this feeling like there’s no actual story anymore. It just feels like slop at this point, like it should’ve ended 20+ something chapters ago.

This might just be my reading comprehension getting better as I’m getting older. But i feel like even though the manga was strange at the start it was a lot better with actual plot and at least some logic. Now it’s simply just “oh look at Mihari, she’s a neet, but she has this option to negate everything negative about her lifestyle, isn’t that just so fun and quirky”. And the characters don’t really feel like the same characters or writer, i feel like they’ve become more basic, lost depth and are just a simple extreme of what the character used to be. Not only does the writing feel bad now, the art doesn’t feel close, now i won’t be saying that the art in the first chapters were the best thing ever, but they were more expressive. I feel like the quality we’re getting is one I’d expect from a weekly manga not a monthly one, and it feels like a unnecessary slap to the face.

Anyways, i was wondering if anyone else was starting to feel the same, that the plot, narrative, characters and art have become worse. I’m personally planning on dropping it at this point.
