The English translation are the one published in the mangabox app/website and stopped halfway, but the japanese chapters were published until the end, around 60 chapters if I remember correctly.

all the girls agree to share the MC and they all sleep with him. Granted in that manga he was in a coma and all the girls were just taking advantage of the situation (he even woke up to one of the main girls sucking him off).

At the rate this manga is headed, this seems likely.
