@Kaarme Cow horns continue to grow throughout life, so cutting them might not be a really major decision. They'll grow back eventually. I've been watching a lot vet shows recently and horns curving inward and starting to grow into the skull is a fairly regular problem apparently.
@manabi Yeah, usually farmers trim them for satefy reasons. Not like the cattle would need to fight wolves and bears anyway, normally. These kudan might also do it for both safety and convenience. If you have got long and wide, sharp horns, you might lose more T-shirts than you wanted. Bed sheets and pillows might also suffer.
The Morals Committee at this school is sadly in need of a Miko Iino-type yokai girl to stamp out the rampant salacious behavior being exhibited in the classroom.
