Panel 1: "じゃあコンロ借りよう" is "Then I'll borrow (your) stove"
Panel 3: I'm pretty sure that's "2ショット", which I think means "a picture (shot) of the two of them together", rather than "status".

yo! qc here, it's not explain in the manga but in novel, the hat-like part was like combat module which would store like user, combat ability and/or other data, so after that part was removed, its previous data also lost
