I dunno, Clifty and the Heretic’s stories add up about Luna being in charge. Mie said Olivia deserves to die for being the Iron Queen’s daughter. Even Lara and the Divine Beast say Luna is doing this and they gotta kill Luna.

I think Luna wants to kill Olivia’s Mom in the past, on the day she was kidnapped.

Maybe, but then I question why was she explicitly shown having usurped the king, knew about the mission to find the Divine Beast, AND she was the one to put Clifty in her place of power. I can't shake the feeling she's still manipulating events...
