Also I guess it's a nice surprise that the buff dude gets turned into the girl and the twink gets turned buff given you'd expect it to be the other way around

off the top of my head Black Desert and PSO2. I think TERA was controller playable too. basically most of the Playstation MMOs cuz I'm forgetting a few that i never got into.

granted it's likely more convenient to use a controller in BD and in PSO2 it's 50/50.

FF14 was built with controller play in mind. It's actually really comfy to use controller there over kb/m and is consistently used along side it in the highest difficulty content.
