If it's a reseller, prob not. Back in high school, my parents bought me a laptop that, when I searched the manufacturer's site to see what RAM it had, was sold to us with less than the minimum that the manufacturer sells them with. Fuckers probably took a stick out to sell it back to people...

I just recently bought a laptop and while researching I found one with a rtx 4040 and a good cpu but only 8 gb of ram, so..
