I don't know much Japanese but in the raws, she said:
"ほら
いろいろ教えてくれる子とかいるし"
The keyword here is "教えてくれる子" oshietekureruko which I think is referring to the girl/s in her friend group, so basically something along the line of "there are girls(in my group) who taught/told me(教えてくれる) all kinds of things(いろいろ)".
My guess is she probably learned about bj and stuffs from other girls but the technical stuffs from the lewd manga/videos since in later chapters she was surprised when Minato asked her for paizuri. She had heard of it before but didn't think boys would actually ask for something like that.
The next panel also followed up with
"あ-あのね
女子だってエロイことに興味あるんだからね"
So I think the 子 probably means a girl otherwise it would mean a kid or someone younger but that doesn't make sense and if it was a boy who taught her I don't think she'd refer to him as 子 but I could be wrong so maybe someone more knowledgeable can answer.

Actually, I'm not so sure anymore. In the latest chapter, she knew how to put on a condom with her mouth. This is not long after her first time with MC(after using 4 condoms, basically her third time I think?) so yeah maybe she really does have someone properly teaching her stuffs.

Ok, so I checked out the Web Novel as well for this particular chapter. I skimmed quite a bit until I found the exact same chapter of MC, Hazuki and Serina going to Fealand. And surprisingly, the manga adaptation is quite faithful to web novel as well, even a lot of lines are the same in manga as in web novel.
But this scene(threesome in Fealand) is different in the manga than in the web novel. In the manga, after playing in Fealand during daytime, they skipped to night time and had a threesome, Hazuki went first and did the condom using mouth thing. But in the web novel, they actually checked in to the hotel during daytime and this condom with mouth scene isn't featured at all(at least not in this chapter of web novel).
In the web novel, after checking in during daytime they had fun as well and later that night in the bathroom, Hazuki and Minato even talked about plot stuffs, like how Hazuki knew about Minato confessing to Azusa(the fifth cutest girl that rejected him) and how Hazuki was confirmed to not have any male friends other than Minato(caught me off guard that my prediction was actually correct).
Basically, Hazuki happened to overhear his confession to Azusa(I assume this is after the cat saving thing, so Hazuki had been looking for a chance to talk to him) and she was basically afraid of Azusa taking him away from her or being treated as Azusa's replacement, not the case obviously and MC explained that Azusa is Azusa and Hazuki is Hazuki.
She knew that but she was worried she wouldn't be able to get along with Minato since she didn't have any male friends and this surprised him.
So basically, we've been repeatedly told in the manga from MC pov that Hazuki is popular and has her group of friends(in the raws MC usually call it her yuujin group = her close friends group, it wasn't until later chapter after they had sex and Minato realizing no guys hang out around her that it mentioned joshi group).
Ever since this wording I'd been wondering if her close friends group is like a mix of male and female classmates(high caste students) or if it's more like, she has a group of close female friends and while there are guys in that group, only the girls count as friends and guys are just friends of a friend(or I speculated maybe boyfriend). And it turned out, that's exactly the case(actually worse since she didn't even count them as friends since the guys were likely only chasing after the cute girls in her group, primarily herself).
So in other words, both have been jelly/insecure about each other over nothing lol.
Anyways, about the condom with mouth thing, maybe I missed that part in the web novel somewhere but if not, then maybe it's just a manga original touch up and can be chalked up to hentai logic.

So rereading more carefully, apparently, there seems to be a bit of time skip as well in between the first time(Hazuki's, Serina's is just the day after) with remaining "8 left" and visiting Fealand.
When visiting Fealand during the day, Minato and Hazuki took a break at a bench, topic of screwing around at night comes up and she asked if he brought "it" with him because she didn't bring any. To which Minato answered that he brought 2 boxes. Hazuki was taken aback and he said just in case.
During my first read I thought they meant Hazuki's box(8 left) and a new one bought for Serina(12 left) but in the Web novel, it's mentioned surely not even Minato plan on using all 24 of them so those are in fact 2 new boxes and I think it's safe to assume they'd used their remaining 8 left some time off screen already.
And reading more deeply into Hazuki's line(could be wrong), that means she might have bought some at some point too so in that case it'd make sense she's got enough practice using her mouth by the night at Fealand.
But again, it's a manga only scene, in the web novel they don't go into detail and mostly only foreplays are described .
