The author went legit and dropped the series, not that uncommon tbh. Last mention of it by the author was like three or four years ago to announce that the book was on sale, last chapter was two years prior to that. It's dead in the water imo. The author apparently does like oneeshota judging by a tweet from last year, and in fact this was retweeted yesterday: https://nitter.net/yakitomahawk/status/1923291792910205232 I dunno about you but this looks like oneeshota to me. Maybe the author will come back to this but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
