Nice to see them bring up dating and address Suu's feelings, even if we don't get a conclusive answer in this chapter.
It feels like this is the type of manga where if it was published 10(? I don't have a sense for the passage of time) years ago, it would've been content to run for dozens of chapters while keeping things as ambiguous and down to subtext as possible in order to maintain a case of 'plausible deniability'.
It feels like lately more and more manga and anime are willing to be explicit in presenting homoromantic ideas, especially between women. If this isn't just my imagination, but actually a general trend, then I am all for it.
