I kinda don't understand why the mc likes the male lead, like he treated you like shit and is kinda a shitty person, atleast the 2nd Male lead treats the mc more kindly and more like a human being, than the main male lead...

This is the first time I feel so disgusted by a story ever WARNING , SPOILERS
, the parents acting like kind and good ppl but in truth they forced the other tribe to literally sell the the poor boy (which is absolutely looking underaged and can't consent to this abhorrent thing , and I am not talking about his looks but his mentality that suggests he is still too young to make rational decisions , if he were asked without the famine happening in the tribe he would've 100% refused , so this story does go under rape so I am surprised there is no rape tag because this was not consensual but by guilt tripping him into this) , on his first day getting forced to drink drugs that mutilate the body and aphrodisiacs'??!!! the guys literally force feed him the drugs wtf , then 30 min sessions of stretching , like wtf is wrong with the person who wrote and draw this shit , if the boy actually liked boys then that is fine but he clearly didn't as we saw in the first chapter when he was surprised they were asking for a ''bride'' then clearly telling them he don't want it before kowtowing to him and guilt tripping .
I am an open minded person who likes to read yaoi , yuri and everything but this is too much , ps this is my personal opinion and if you like it by all means enjoy but I want people to know what they are getting their self into
lastly for the people who find this ''fluffy'' ''wholesome'' you guys must be the kind of people who follows ''the end justifies the means'' but The reason the means are important, maybe more important than the ends, is how we get to our goal is just as important as getting there. In other words, the end tells us what we are to the world, but journey tells who we are , and the means that was taking was nothing short of disgusting , coercion , human trafficking , dubious consent , unexplainable contract and clear emotional manipulation and phycological coercion , 100% rape , and finally the most abhorrent is the use of drugs on the victim , drugs that not only disable the body from resisting ''aphrodasiac'' and boost sexual need , but also drugs the mutilate the body to suit the aggressor needs which is a crime no matter the era we lived in , suggesting there is the first discovery of electricity so it is in the late 1800 to 1900 , so it is 100% illegal drugs , I thought first it was a drug that enables making children but it was not it , so maybe something that effects your brain , which is worse , while the male lead can be somewhat relieved of these ethical crimes as he was sick and under the effects of drugs , the parent are 100% the most hypocrite trash I have yet to read about , they act like nice people but they literally coerced the rabbit tribe into selling an underaged clansman who doesn't even understand how sex is even done then didn't even explain anything or ask for consent from the boy , they would do anything to save their child including hurting others , and the chief asshole who pushed the entire responsibility of bad harvest on an innocent boy and then gladly emotionally manipulated the boy even though the boy clearly said he didn't want to do it in ch 0 , not once but twice , just imagine if the boy knew that he will get drugged and groped on his first day there too , he would've 10000% refused going there and ran away , this is just a story made by a messed up author in the head , but what got me angry tbh is the attempts in the last few chapter to make this fluffy and wholesome to diminish the rape and abhorrent obscenities' that happened in the first few , there is no way a boy who gets sold then groped like that then raped by another dude then had to do beastiality and then be all happy and full of love , cases in real life , peopl3 who didn't get raped but just groped gets traumatized for the rest of their lives , seeking long term treatment , so to me it felt extremely out of the picture as why the rabbit who was the receiving end of coercion , rape , and trading feels any kind of positive feeling towards the aggressor , as the male lead didn't even once tried to get closer to the mc , so either the drugs were so effective that broke his mind and he became like that or it is a case of desperation in the side of the victim whose monologue usually goes ''why is this happening to me , I just want to be happy , I will try to kiss ass to the people who bought me and done all of this to me so maybe they will like me and stop treating me like shit'' or lastly a severe case of Stockholm syndrome
having said that i think the reason why people like this manga is the superb art , it is in par with top manga out there and we don't see that often in BL manga , I just wish it was less messed up

@AlabamaOpposite he doesn't like him , it is just he is making himself likable and friendly so he can live happily in the environment he was forced into , for example how he fake smile etc , even when he had to do beastlity he did it out of survival

Historical manga? Really?
@hasandodan umm,, maybe there is one thing that you forget. This manga (actually not only this, but many mangas) is based on imagination. Compared it with the real thing is not something relevant. It's true that there are somethings that are based on reality. But I think compared the whole story with the reality is not good. Especially that part that make you angry. If you want to read something that really happen like in real life, maybe pshycology tag will help you. And saying "a messed up author in the head" is really something cruel. Without knowing how much effort the mangaka put in this series you're judging she/he. Just saying it, coming with something different is not that bad you know.

@liorasia I admit that saying that to the author might sound rude on my side , but you say that we can't compare the story to real life , while I don't disagree with this statement , it is not correct either , of course I have to compare it to real life because that is our only reference , where do you think the author got inspiration from , where all the elements of the story were driven from , real life + the author imagination , my main complain was that the author was trying so hard to sugarcoat the weird first 3 chapters with fluff and cute moments that honestly made me feel really disgusted that time I read them , right now I don't really care anymore , there is plenty of other yaoi manga that made me feel amazing for example star x fanboy , that's when I knew this manga was just not worth my time fussing over , as I have already mentioned my reasons on my last post I am not gonna repeat myself , even in a world with 0 morale , it was really really weird , but like I said before if it is your kind of kink by all means enjoy it
