As far as some of kanji translations go, 望月 -> Mochizuki seems to be a pretty fixed translation/almost a proper noun that you wouldn't necessarily break apart. Also something like 望ヶ丘 (Nozomigaoka) also seems like a proper noun and I wouldn't usually expect it to be literally translated.
