I just think it wasn't meant to be a LGBT allegory but rather on societal norms/labels and her needing to accept every part of herself even the feminine parts she's grown reluctant to it's why she says him telling her he likes even the girly parts of her made her feel some confidence it was okay to be herselfAnother author who sets up a perfect lgbt allegory and then seems to completely side step around it in the next chapter
Annoying how that keeps happening, since its digital release who knows, maybe someone decided to tell the author to stop their character's direction. Mostly joking, its very conspiratorial, but it'd explain the weird switch between titles.
Her being a girl shouldn't force her into enjoying feminine things and her enjoying boyish things and even being more comfortable appearing as a boy doesn't mean she actually wants to be a man or should identify as one likely at most just sometimes wishes she was because it'd make things easier
I know i've already mentioned it a few times already but I really wouldn't be surprised if this was taking inspiration from Persona 4 feels very similar
And nothing wrong with any of this, just trying to make different points
