It's the arms! I know I said "Tch. Not fat enough." last chapter, and I do kind of stand by that opinion but I think the reason she doesn't look "properly chubby" to my American perception and standards is her arms. They're way too thin compared to the body fat on her body and legs, it's jarring and creates this weird effect where at some angles she does look kind of chubby but in others she just looks really voluptuous with big breasts. I think calling her chubby is a little misleading, she's more plump if anything. I wish her arms were thicker.
