When you go to Japan on vacation you're going to spend most of the day walking, outside of time spent eating and riding trains. 8-10 hours of walking per day, every day, isn't unusual at all for the trips I've taken there. Out of the hotel/bnb at 9-10am, back around midnight. Yeah your feet are gonna hurt in the evenings after a few days of that but as long as you know when you need to sit down and take a break it's perfectly manageable.And then her feet were bleeding? Four hours would hurt for days afterwards, ten hours is insane.
I'd even go one step further and say that exercise for the purpose of weight loss is something of a widespread scam.Great demonstration of why dieting is much more effective for weight less than exercise.
