At this point I feel like her gf isn't actually one of her friends it's someone else, unless it's Miho and Nadeshko is the only one who want to keep it a secret and she's teasing her about it. The panel with all their somewhat surprised faces though makes it seem like they weren't expecting anything to happen.

I think she is the one that brought cake and they’re the only pair that look completely normal at school (Nadeshiko mentioned that she wanted to look the normal at school).. i might be delusional but that’s how life go? Iguess
