At this point I feel like her gf isn't actually one of her friends it's someone else, unless it's Miho and Nadeshko is the only one who want to keep it a secret and she's teasing her about it. The panel with all their somewhat surprised faces though makes it seem like they weren't expecting anything to happen.

I’m also betting on it being Megumi. Maybe just me being biased bc they’d make such a cute couple, but I also think Ai is a too obvious choice
