This doesn't make sense though. Why go through all the trouble of not interacting with girls for your friend, when you have easy alternatives which bring no harm, while being simple? Like, transfer to another school, for example. You get all the girls, while not being afraid of getting murdered later on. Or, if your goal is to get your friend laid first, you can easily get some money and get a hooker for him. There are countless other solutions which bring no difficulties, yet this path is chosen instead.
