Historical reasons. I go out of my way to never say pixiv, usually call it twitter, but when scanlation began on this project, those working on it were initially only aware of the pixiv version, so that's where the naming came from. You're right to say it is more correct to say they are sourced from twitter.

I assume you're asking the volumes that have been published. There are two volumes published, and the third volume is in progress on twitter. The two volumes each came out with 13 full chapters and one bonus chapter not on twitter. There's also at least one bonus chapter that exists on twitter but isn't in the volume (right after the end of volume 1, and to remind you if you're caught up, it ends with the chapter

To be clear, because you said "ch 72", chapter 26 ends with release 72. A release is 2-5 pages, usually 4, to fit within twitter's image limit. A chapter is, generally speaking, especially in later volume work, 3 releases, so about 12 pages. It is possible to know the breakdown of a chapter by looking at the comic-walker (or niconico) version of the series, which is posted soon after every set of three releases that make up a chapter. This is also a way for you to see a version closer to what the volume will look like, before buying the volume. They do take down chapters after a while though. So if we're at release 101, what chapter are we at now in the raws? Chapter 35.
