So the manga or even the light novel changed some things. He was thinking about why would Yuri kiss him, since they aren't going out, and he concludes that must be because she's a slut. She also asks the gal girl if she is one, because she is a gal. It kinda shows the dumb side of the guy. Then he tells the whole classroom what happened.
