"Bullying is an issue a teacher cannot turn a blind eye to" they should add fantasy to the tags because teachers will (and often are told by management) turn a blind and will dismiss you when you ask for help, only time they're so "preoccupied with the issue" is during the 2 months after a tragedy happens or when you bypass the school and take legal action, my advice if you or your child is ever bullied just take legal action otherwise the school will just bury the issue and never solve the problem.
