As someone who was severely bullied in school. Violence is the solution, he is right to beat the shit out of these pieces of shit. The school won't help, he has to do it himself and screw the teachers. They are your worst enemy, they protect the bullies, not you.

Thankfully I know that your experience is not every experience, my elementary school was nothing special but they were very hard on taking care of bullies.

I'm sorry your teachers weren't better at their job.
