Read it again. The counseling is done after the deed, and his face is all shiny-like which is used as an indication in manga that the person has been "satisfied". I will say that this is the first time I've seen it done on a man though since it's mainly women that wind up with the shiny face, so that's a nice change of pace. Hell, it's a change of pace to actually see a MC committing to going to a brothel like it's nothing, and with how they're talking we can assume that he's a regular.
