Different situation. That's new game plus, in which you have to finish the game to get new content. This is going back in time over and over after making repeated wrong choices.
Under new game plus, you have to play the game to the end for better or worse. In this one, you don't use braincells, you just take that one choice, find it the wrong choice, then take another choice, finding that to be wrong as well, and then suddenly there's a new choice, let's choose that one too. Rinse and repeat. It's like repeatedly being asked, "Please make a choice between door 1, 2, 3". He chose Door 1, didn't like the reward, then chose Door 2 instead, didn't like that one either, then chose Door 3, didn't like that one either and then there's Door 4 that magically appears that just so happens to be what he wants.
What's the point of giving him a choice if he choose all of them?
