Male MC's trying so hard to be "cool" but it's so transparently shallow. That said, it's totally understandable at that age.

Don't know how long this'll last, given how it'll probably be difficult to keep the formula fresh over time without slowly expanding the scope of the manga, but it might be interesting to see how the two kids interact.

Art's great at least, although the way the girl's drawn is suspicious at times. Doubt it'll go over the edge though. Personally, I want to know the male MC will start learning how to be honest and try to get to know his childhood friend girl for who she really is past the surface.

If those 2 kids are going to have a real relationship in the long run, at some point they'll have to start being honest with each other and see if they still like each other.
