This would have been an excellent chance for the MC to discuss other types of houses with Sakura, such as houses that are rented out, houses that are persons places of permanent but where the owner isn't there most of the time, or temporary residence. It would have been nice to see Sakura broaden her idea of what a house can be since it seems extremely narrow based on her lack of worldly experience.

Bruh, Sakura is actually bad for his physical and psychological health. Sounds nice and all at first but imagine years down the line when his health is deteriorating from lack of exercise and he's bored out of his mind from lack of stimulation.
Also, man, this is such a blatant wish fulfilment fantasy. Like, MC has almost no redeeming qualities aside from being "normal nice" (I mean, as nice as the average regular person when they are able to relax and are not under mental stress). He's not especially smart, generous or empathetic, but he gets literally everything served up to him on a silver platter for free. Suddenly the most powerful magician in the world for no reason. His house is a hot chick who wants to do all the housework for him and bang him whenever he wants. He suddenly becomes dragon king for no particular reason. The former dragon king wants to spend all her time helping him for no particular reason. The second princess (but apparently the one doing all the ruling) of the neighboring kingdom is the exact same. Not saying this isn't what I signed up for, but damn, even as OP MC isekais go, the uselessness of the MC and the lack of obstacles is pretty glaring.
