So let me get this straight a royal guard has eyes on the town, so knew were the princess was. But didn't approach because she knew a enemy was present. Wouldn't this mean she knew the priest in question was the kidnapper? Yet thinks the priest was innocent and that clearly the MC if a bigger problem as the killer of the priest? For having knowledge about the priests death she was following the group so why wait till in town? Shouldn't she also know that the MC and the princess are close if she was gathering info? There is just so much contradictions in what she does and doesn't know.
