Well, I usually scanlate mostly older manga, and in various cases '90s manga. Since I'm a fan of the author, I decided to start this manga, which was in my reading list for various years. For now I think I'll scanlate just the first volume, to see if it's a good manga or not. It has 12 volumes, it should be at least decent, right??

I don't think we should include the genderswap tag if it's not a theme present in any translated chapters. It'll just cause annoyed people to ask why it's there. And even if it was translated the fact it only happens way off in vol 12 makes me suspect it may not be a significant enough theme to justify the tag. We can reassess once those chapters get translated.

I guess the warning in front is good, though it seriously melts my brain that people can't separate fiction and reality, AND can't simply choose on their own to not read something that could potentially upset them. It's a growing stupidity that has gotten exponentially worse in what feels like only the past five years.
