aww

although be nice if there was a way to platonically give gifts as long as you don't have to spend a lot of money giving it to everyone in class

Oh honey. Giving someone sweets doesn't mean romance

Japan’s choco market must be making bank tho

Like how “pocky game” is a thing even among casual friends

Be hilarious if a pastry chef/baker opened an assorted bread/sweets shop with platonic meanings or so on the labels or so, so ppl don’t get the wrong idea assuming ppl don’t take it as a passive aggressive gift or indirect rejection

You are right!! We need something like that! 😔 Perhaps a sign of friendship with a star? Peace sign? Maybe the colour of ribbons or bags can tell if it's romantic or not such as yellow or blue meaning friendship

yeah, or money/budget aside, be like elementary school where 'everyone' gets valentimes cards and make a show of handing it out to everyone, or like melonpan instead of like choco but i'm sure there's cornets and other croissants with a bit of sweetness to it lol
