I was expecting MC's level to be much higher. At least in the teens. The MC's level up sequence so far is 1-2-3... Even though it looks like it now, I don't think it will be a linear level progression. One sequence that may work is primes. It starts off 2, 3... 5...7...11...13...17...etc. I'ts not an exponential growth, but would move the levels along at a not ridiculously slow pace.

as far i read the WN (only after this arc 1 finish which quite long enough) MC level in liner progression manner, its just after he met his (step)sister who work in brothel he get help to find any prostitute who want to get pregnant (dont ask, its author bulshiting story which latter also made me kind turn off to continue reading the story with how they treat the kids relation with MC)
the WN on its second arc but few chapter after conclusion of first arc kind made go "eeeh" with how the author goes with the story is

It seems like that's the way most of these isekai sex harem wish fulfillment mangas go. The author thinks that the fact that the basic virgin gets to screw the cute ladies is enough to keep the readers interested and don't care if the MC comes across like a bastard. The truth is that most readers need at least some redeeming qualities in their protagonists. They don't have to be angels, but they can't be completely amoral AHs.

that way said i dislike how the story goes in arc 2 basically MC tried to be responsible father at last to this mage girl and his (step) sister but both of them suddenly had turn over and think MC as nuisance trying to be responsible father at this point, apparently its kind of normal for "father" just hit and run leaving the mother and child behind in that world which one again i say author just bulshinting his way, add how MC apparently requested by higher up being to repopulated the world with his "superior" genes(of course by impregnation) since the world facing crisis human extinction by monster

i will say i feel like this series might be going downhill. having a personality change like this is always off-putting and not fun when it happens. it'd been better if he slowly got corrupted by his newfound power as he keeps leveling up. I just really hope he doesnt start kidnapping women and impregnating them to gain level ups fast. I'll def drop the series if it goes that route
