I wish it were that easy. I don't have any talent for languages though. Heck, I'm probably an order of magnitude or two worse than the average person when it comes to other languages. If it weren't for that, I'd probably have a firm grasp on Japanese by now. I've been watching anime (sub, not dub), reading manga and playing JRPGs for literally decades. Yet I only know a few words / phrases. Not even enough for a simple conversation.
