Sounds interesting, but at this point I wouldn't even be surprised if
...Kou-chan gets offered a shady drug from an even shadier mad scientist. You know, that typical weirdo girl in a white lab coat donning black Twintails who wants to test a change and fix medicine - and no, she has absolutely no ulterior motive to develop such a thing. But because that stuff changes and fixes the gender Kouichi has to take it as Kou-chan to be turned back into a male and get fixed as such. To his surprise it works like a charm but since it's still experimental Kouichi ends up a chad shota (someone seems to have forgotten to remove the age regression component from the original drug). So Kouichi resigns to his fate, joins the elementary kids circle, later gets confessed to by Misaki, marries her ten years after that and takes over the shop with her.
And we also see Natsuki - drooling and mumbling "A shota is fine, too..."
Well, whatever happens - I will patiently wait and don't want to get it spoiled.
I mean, it's been six years already so a few more days won't hurt.
