No, but it was shown she was steaming until the network was shutting down and spent some time with her fans before they all got infected while looting. The suicide group stayed with the farmers until right before they were infected (see chapter 27 page 17).

I'm not sure if they were at the inn and then at a short time with the old couple or with the old coupe for a long time before getting infected by the biker, but the actual time they were infected was short from still having thoughts about the hot spring (chapter 27 page 17) and the vehicle crashing in the vicinity of the inn (chapter 22 page 2).
