Well, I stand corrected. Looking back Sunny and Kanae did a bad job checking for injuries, they gave up after checking her legs and stomach. So, this situation falls on all 3 of them. Noriko for lying about being injured, Sunny and Kanae for not thoroughly checking someone they saw cornered by zombies before they saved.
