I am unsatisfied wtih this ending, especially since it gave me better expectations than I initially had for something very "smut-based", I wanted to see more of the why the world was like that and how it would be fixed.

In a way is a good ending because that world is fixed and I guess he got to bring some powers into his old world, so I don't regret reading it and probably still would knowing how it ends.
This sort of setup always creates a sort of "debt", you have to pay it, to give a satisfying ending.

Wishing good luck to the author's next work...hopefully his art style changes, or he works on something where it fits more, because its characters looked a bit goofy, since they were supposed to be adults and they have the features of babies (fat faces, big eyes, chubby bodies).

I have seen way worse endings, from longer, more serious manga too.

I didn't like the ending where the MC gets run over by his friend. It made me worry about what happened to that world after such a tragic death. But I thought it was nice that he went back to his own world and improved his piano skills thanks to the experience he gained in the isekai. That said, this manga was just a distraction for me. I gave it a 4/10.

Kinda funny in tragic way, you can see the end was rushed.

It was very fun read, I liked the art, author is pretty good with expressions, hope he can has another chance with maybe a bit longer story and keeps improving his writing

On reflection, this is a pretty good ending, and not just because the unexpected double isekai made me laugh when the invention of automobiles turned out to be plot-relevant.

He returned to his original world, with the power to fix what was wrong with his life before. It seems like he even retained his special power to touch the hearts (and other areas) of women. And now if he wants, he can fight for men in his original world and try to save it too.
