I don't know what happened to you man but you're seriously negative, I don't feel like stating every obvious benefit it would have for every party involved because it's obvious to anyone that has some understanding of emotions and general costs of living.
Like this author seems to think step 1 of taking in this girl is buying a bigger place to live, why?
Her problems are emotional not that she's claustrophobic or has too little privacy.
