Picking her right up is going a bit far.

... obviously it'll work out, because reasons, but at this pace you might expect her to be traumatized by girls in addition to boys ;)

There is only 3. It is a チャレンジMee manga which means they submit 3-4 chapters for a competetition where people then vote for their favourite concept. The one that wins the competetion will be serialised and an editor hired for them. This one won it's competetion

I like that the MC has at this point abandoned the idea of dating her and is instead just focusing on being her friend. It'd feel a bit manipulative, and even if they did manage to write that plotline well, I think it'd still just end up feeling like a lesser version of The Boy Who Cried Wolf Tells Another Lie Today. (And I doubt they'd be willing to make the main heroine "lose.")

Especially since she literally has trauma. She was literally sexually assaulted in a train. That's pretty damn traumatic.

Also, this is yuri to me.
The official site lists it as yuri as well. Others might feel differently, I guess, but that's the tag they use officially, along with romance.
Oh, no, it came back but this is the new raw link: https://manga-mee.jp/detail/53998
Currently has 12 chapters

It actually won.
Episode 12 is also the final one.

Hopefully this will keep getting updated. TS manga are really fun reads most of the time, as long as they don't devolve into an ecchi fest.

i mean, this is a nice story, but it all feels very contrived. i feel like the author doesn't understand why most women come to "hate men" and portrays it in a very simplistic way that's kind of erasure of what misandry truly is. not that i'm saying misandry is a good thing that needs to be protected, but it's a very real response to patriarchal structures that i don't think should be treated this lightly.

reducing her ‘hatred of men’ to a single incident not only flattens her character, it just completely misunderstands how that sentiment usually forms. for most women, it isn’t one moment of harm but an accumulation, years of being watched, evaluated, dismissed, sexualized, and disbelieved, that slowly curdles into anger or distrust. but, instead, the story treats misandry as a freak accident rather than a structure, which makes her reaction feel less like a part of her character and more like something the author came up with as an excuse.

it’s nice to see that she’s trying to overcome it, rather than the story leaving it as something to play for kicks. i just hope this isn’t ultimately setting her up to like MC as a man. but, considering how extreme her reaction was in the first chapter, her progression feels far too fast to be convincing. even most women who are misandrists don't react that way with a random guy on the sidewalk unless they've had similar negative experiences in the past.
