Well magic exist in this world. She could easily make the 3 of them stand together to talk since they are brothers, and then throw a burning rock at them and claim it was a meteor.
What even weirder is that those 3 died at night and right next morning she already send a letter to the crown and already got respond. She definitely plan this ahead.

Ngl, I’d be super into this series if they lean heavily into the sister being a yandere with a brother (father?) complex and obsessed with seeing the MC succeed (one of those yandere that want the person they love to amass a lot of power and get a harem and will do anything to help them succeed). I think how seriously this series takes itself and how much it leans into the batshit crazy will determine how much I like or love it going forward.

Cheap writing. At least come up with some pseudo-smart tactics by the MC, rather than writing that people who have been doing their jobs for years magically can't see something as obvious as another metal which you can see with naked eye being present inside the dirt/rocks.

Off to a bad start with that 'silver mine' stupidness. It's almost impossible for miners to miss something like that if they've been mining for so long and it's supposedly almost dried up which would make it even easier. Like literally even if someone didn't know what silver was, during the process of mining, coming across a hard metal would be an obvious enough reason to ask around or see some value.
