I wish there were more development with characters like the lady he saved from being a monster and the whole clan of assassins he unpetrified.
Like, we got a brief aknowledgement that they were saved and now they are under his control doing stuff but we don't know how many they are, what is their backstory, their names or anything like that.
And even if the backstory eventually comes, It would be better if it was shown before they started acting, it contextualizes just why they act like they act instead of being just obvious deus ex machinas for the author to use when needed.

Also, I know this one is just me, but I would prefer the main character would not be so oblivious to everything going on around him.

Note: when MC said 10 years, everyone is amazed and think of how humble he is. That's because 10 years in this manga is quite short when compared to people prolonged lifespan there thanks to modern technology

Even 10 years isn't a crazy length of time here, the saying is usually "100 years top early to beat me"

I think he was being genuine for once
basically "Haha, loser! I believe with sufficient training and effort, you would stand a chance!"
Which fits with Liam being awful at being evil
