I don't wanna be the mood-killer, but remember that this is an adaptation of a LN series. AmazonJP lists 5 novels so far, so this is just the beginning. There is at least a third (their employer's daughter) and she seems to like our boy. I haven't seen the raws nor read the novels, but I guess we'll see drama right now.

Well, some people can change in short amount of time because of something. Minato's feeling changed because he fix her bookmark and that makes her happy.
