choco good for your brain, got it
He know her first name but I think "Rena" at Japan is quite like common name so only with surename change will make people thought that they're different person. If we talk only about her name.I'm glad he finally realised, but:
1) "I don't know if this suits your taste" girl, that is a lie.
2) how did he not know her first name
3) how has he been hitting on her "without realising", he complimented her directly multiple times, they literally went on a date and he held her hand. Author just wanted a title drop.
Anyway good for him.

Ahh I see. I was forgot about that.I'll bet it's something that wouldn't translate well: It's not that he didn't know her first name, it's that he didn't know the kanji she used for it. So he sees her sign the card and realizes that she uses the same kanji as Saito that she does as Hiragi (which he could've seen on her nametag from work or from timeslips or whatever) and that's the connection.
Because knowing two people who have the same given name wouldn't be weird. But knowing two people that have the same given name that use exactly the same characters to spell it would be a bit weirder (from a Japanese perspective, at least)
I think he means by talking about how much he likes her and talking her up to her co-worker side.I'm glad he finally realised, but:

Literally my thought when I read it. "aaaaaand this won't survive till the next chapter..."Watch him next chapter saying "nah, it's not possible" and completely forget about this topic after.
