Seems a little weird to start having sex withing a month of dating a person. Still he'd only have to wait 3 weeks or so and if she wanted sex it ain't like he can't say "I'm not ready yet, I usually try to wait at least a month before I have sex with a girlfriend" Dude puts way too much value into sex and relationships.
