I...waow. She just comes out and admits it's all true. Just like that.

Gomi's reaction to this sudden revelation is what I'm most interested in.

Thank you for the translation.

It feels off. Correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't they have little interactions to no interactions despite being coworkers? Also remembering the exact shampoo and body wash Yumezora uses?
In this writer’s stories, it’s always better to remember that pretty much every character is some kind of piece of shit. I fully believe ugly bastard is just pissed because he wanted to go after her himself and get his turn. He was making moves on her well before Gomi and her were a thing so there is no way is he doing this for truly honourable reasons.

Besides that, I'm surprised that Moyupu seem to didn't face jail time for causing such serious damage, let alone win the fight against Nakasu that much.
He probably wont press any kind of charges because of the shame etc (and because you can have to pay compensation money for infidelity in Japan). On a side note though… I hate to be that guy but you gotta have the self awareness that if a guy happily beats his wife, he will probably try to beat your ass if you are sleeping with her. You can’t live that life if you aren’t a fighter yourself (which Nakasu clearly wasn’t). Part of me can see this playing out with Gomi getting wrapped up in a murder plot to get rid of the husband or some other similar craziness so he can get Yumezora (and maybe she can get some insurance money from his death to use for her mom’s condition?)

However this dynamic is interesting, Yumezora did think to herself that marriage not for her in chapter 21, so then why is she enjoying this twisted love with her husband? Is it a misunderstanding?

I think the clue for this was in that earlier chapter where she was violently abused s a kid and her mother just told her to accept it. That combined with minimal affection and her need to make sure she can pay for her mothers care is probably what keeps her in this twisted feedback loop.

Thinking more about it, this is just others’ perceptions of her actions, but maybe she said that to save the guy from the husband. He would probably kill them both. Or maybe she can be really dangerous and fucking crazy, though.
Yes, the husband is beating her and her lover to death there is a not too small possibility that she is saying whatever she believes will get her husband to stop. The second is also just as possible - she still can (and might) blackmail Gomi with the pad stuff if she feels she needs to pressure him.

Yeah that makes sense, plus the dude and her probably didn't have time to speak so the dude can only speculate what happened then and he concluded she betrayed him, that she didn't care about him at all. It can be both, she did use the dude, but she didn't want him to die because she involved him in her affair. She does consider herself to be a piece of shit

Yeah, she thinks she’s a piece of shit because she cheats on her husband (who I don’t think she loves) and makes others try to save her from this situation that she alone can’t handle. I think she actually cares about other people, and she confirmed what was said to make Gomi give up on her because she cares about him.

This has more red flags than the 2025 Azerbaijan Grand Prix qualifying and I am loving it. Where there is red flag, there is drama—applies to both f1 and this manga. :pacman:

Just windering, how the fuck did his friend lost to her husband? Is the friend really that weak?

Gomi is such a mess this confession doesn't changes shit for him

Also that other guy has memorized her shampoo it is clear he is just like Gomi and his friend, obsessed with a land mine woman

I know some of y'all weirdos would hear this and still want to be in his shoes to fix her.

That's were the ancient art of fuck and dump comes in handy!

Woah woah WOAH. First of all sorry Mr ugly weirdo bro you're no longer a bastard to me, just a regular pervert. Second of all this is even more of a train wreck, and I didn't anticipate yumezora straight up admitting to this, at least in this chapter.
The only thing this chapter brought is even more questions, and I don't even want them to be answered. At this point just staying for the ride.
Let me guess the next chapter, Gomi will be sorta angry, ugly bro will try to talk to yumezora, she'll drill him a new butthole and Gomi will go back and stay with yumezora. The dumpster fire is exponential.
And btw, thanks for the tl, this series is a blast

I don't fully buy it. Ugly bastard knows what she smells like and the products she uses..... I'm not saying Kuroko is innocent in this but the men around her basically use her as a sex toy and not a single being like what are her likes/dislikes in food or the simple things in life. Do I think she is twisted? She obviously has had a hard life so her definition of "love" is insane.

And for those saying no one can handle domestic violence that long; let's not forget countless women back in day and still today get beaten up all through their marriage until the husband dies. That's why the stereotype of women back in the 50s getting beaten up in their marriage until old age is often used in media. I have a relative as experience and proof. Had a man since the 50s who was abusive and then died in the 10s.
