I hope the manga has an arc of their relationship, exploring these weird types of arrangements people find themselves in is something seldom explored. We have no idea if the husband even actually exists or if she's being even more of a coomer by pretending to have one. Regardless, I think their dynamic would be pull-pull, like they're super puppy love when together and apart they've made peace with the nature of the relationship.
